Use of the SFP Site
This website is owned and operated by Small Friendly Planet LLC (SFP). You are welcome to visit the site, browse and download information from the site and submit content to the SFP site. Your access to the SFP site, your use of the site and your submission of content to the site is governed by the terms and conditions of usage (Terms) and applicable laws. By accessing or using the SFP site, you agree that you are 18 years or older and that you accept the Terms (or any revised version of these Terms) without any limitations, modifications or qualifications.

SFP is in no way obligated to post or publish any material that you submit, nor is SFP responsible for the accuracy of the materials, any errors in the transmission of the materials, or any errors in the materials.

You will not in any way provide any content or material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, obscene, hateful or objectionable, offensive to minor, or in any manner disrupts or interferes or limits the functioning of the SFP site.

Indemnification
YOU AGREE TO HOLD SFP, ITS MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES FULLY HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY COSTS OR DAMAGES WHICH ARE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY LAW OR THIRD PARTY RIGHT IN EITHER PROVIDING CONTENT OR MATERIAL TO THE SFP SITE OR E-MAIL NEWSLETTER OR ACCESSING OR USING THE SFP SITE.

No Warranties, Disclaimers of Warranties
